Adobe Connect Problem - resolved

Issue resolved

Following a major upgrade by Adobe, a number of customers were left being unable to join classes through the Connect plugin (the buttons you use to join the class).  This has now been addressed by Adobe and a normal service has been resumed.

Issues connecting to classes and recordings

Adobe are currently carrying out server maintenance which is causing access issues to classes and recordings world wide.  Hopefully normal service will resume later this morning.
